System Components

Our delivery system enhances the experience your customers receive when taking delivery of their new vehicle and for years afterwards. It includes marketing products for your dealership and communication tools for your sales consultants, all designed to keep the experience working for you and your customers for years to come. Each system component is designed to enhance and extend your customers’ delivery experience in a unique way.

Choose from our two themes:

Each souvenir gift includes a personalized two-year calendar displaying your dealership’s full-color logo, a 5×7 photo of your customer taking delivery of their new vehicle, their name and vehicle information, the sales consultant’s name, and a full-color presentation gift box. The calendar contains a two-year pad with a new famous quotation and trivia question (and answer) each month, along with a customized personalized thank-you letter on behalf of your dealership that highlights the enclosed souvenir gift components. The gift also includes self-adhesive stickers to mark service appointments, special occasions, and other important dates throughout the year.

Dealership Letter/Questionnaire


Each questionnaire includes a message from you and comes personalized, pre-addressed, and housed in a postage-paid envelope to increase your response rate. Questionnaires focus on the customer’s buying experience and provide additional demographics about the customer. This combined letter and questionnaire can be customized to fit your dealership and clientele. A customer referral area is also included to help capture referrals.

VIP Service Club Card and Key Tags


Both cards—housed in a presentation brochure—display your dealership’s logo (up to 3 colors) and the buying privileges you want to offer your customers on the front. The back of each card has a barcode that contains the last 8 numbers of the customer’s VIN so they can be either scanned or swiped by your service advisors to provide convenience during the check-in process.

 

Holiday & Special Occasion Cards


Designed to keep you and your customers connected for years to come, these customized special occasion cards come pre-printed with your dealership’s name and address inside. All cards, except for birthday cards, are die-cut to include a removable wallet-sized photo of your customer’s delivery. We direct mail these cards to your customers on your behalf during the right timeframes throughout the year, such as Thanksgiving, Season’s Greetings, and/or the anniversary of the customer’s purchase. (If you prefer, we can also send the cards back to your dealership if you would prefer to mail them yourselves for further personalization.) Most dealerships’ systems include two cards sent out within the first year after your customer’s purchase.

Cards sent within the first two years following delivery are die-cut and include a wallet-sized photo of your customer’s delivery. Three- and four-year cards can include a custom-printed message of your choosing on the inside.

Customer and Supplementary Information Cards


We provide sales consultants with one laminated customer information card for each customer they photograph at time of delivery, color-coded by year, which they can store in their sales consultant file box that we provide. The delivery photo is on one side and the customer and vehicle information are on the other in order to assist them in organizing and personalizing customer contact following delivery while providing at-a-glance owner recognition. We also provide a supplementary information card pre-printed with suggested customer callback dates during the 24 months following date of sale. This card can help sales consultants stay organized and take advantage of key opportunities to collect additional customer information.

Sales Consultant Evidence Manual


Evidence manuals help your sales consultants make a personal connection with their customers by sharing personal accomplishments and photos of their life and family. The front of each manual is personalized with the dealership’s full-color logo along with each sales consultant’s name and photograph. The front section is designed to house personal photos of the sales consultant and their family, along with his awards, testimonials, positive CSI reports, and other items they may want to share with their customers. The back section is meant to house wallet-sized photos (provided by Cal-Pro) of your sales consultant’s previous customers taking delivery of their new vehicles, providing your sales consultants with a way to build a library of their selling successes. This is yet another great way to show customer appreciation.
